Will fitness classes take place at the Expo?
No. The previously advertised fitness classes presented by District Athletic Club will no longer take place. Health and wellness vendors, providers, products, services, and resources will still be available throughout the Expo.
I paid for a District Athletic Club class. Who should I contact?
Class registration and payment were processed directly by District Athletic Club. Please contact their team regarding refunds, registration questions, or next steps.
Contact District Athletic ClubWill there still be health and wellness activities?
Participating vendors may provide screenings, consultations, educational information, product demonstrations, and other approved experiences. Offerings will vary by vendor.
Is the Health & Wellness Marketplace included with Expo admission?
Yes. General admission to the Virginia Black Expo and access to the vendor marketplace are free with registration.
Who should register as a wellness vendor?
Health providers, wellness brands, mental health professionals, fitness and recovery businesses, nutrition brands, community health organizations, self-care businesses, nonprofits, and practitioners focused on whole-person wellness are encouraged to apply.
Can vendors offer a screening or demonstration?
Select vendors may be considered for screenings, consultations, product demonstrations, educational moments, or other interactive experiences based on available space, event guidelines, and approval by the Expo team.
