Membership Cancellation Terms

By submitting this Membership Cancellation Request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your cancellation request will become effective at the end of your current membership term unless otherwise approved by the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce.
• Membership dues previously paid are non-refundable.
• If you enrolled in a 12-month membership using a monthly or installment payment plan, you remain financially responsible for the full membership balance through the end of the agreed-upon term.
• Submitting this cancellation request does not cancel or forgive any remaining financial obligation associated with your membership agreement.
• Any outstanding balance owed to the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce remains due and payable according to your original membership agreement.
• Upon expiration of your membership term and satisfaction of any outstanding balance, your membership benefits will end, including access to member pricing, directories, events, programs, marketing opportunities, and other member-exclusive benefits.
• The Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to review and process all cancellation requests in accordance with our Membership Terms & Conditions.

Important:
Submission of this form does not automatically terminate your membership or release you from any remaining contractual payment obligations. You will receive confirmation once your request has been reviewed by our Membership Team.
